Returns and Exchanges Policy

1.Customers can apply for returns orexchanges within 30 days from the dateof signing for the express delivery.

3.The original packaging and accessories (such as certificates, packaging boxes, polishing cloths, etc.)must be complete.Provide proof ofpurchase, such as order screenshots orinvoices.

1.Please contact our customer serviceteam within the specified time andprovide order information and thereasons for return or exchange.

2.We will review within 48 hours afterreceiving the application to confirmwhether the return and exchangeconditions are met.

3.After the review is passed, thecustomer needs to return the goodsand related accessories to thedesignated address, and the freightshall be prepaid.

4.After receiving the returned items, wewill conduct an inspection. If theconditions are met, the return orexchange will be processed.
